Items must be in their original packaging and in new condition for your return or exchange to be valid and completed. All exchanges or returns will have to be reported to Johnathan Russell via email. Please note: all orders processed with a discount code or sale price are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Johnathan Russell is not responsible for shipping charges for returns.

Returns will be processed after the warehouse has inspected your items and confirms that they are in their original condition. Please allow 7 business days for your return to be fully processed.

If your order is returned to shipper due to wrong address provide be the recipient. The order will be shipped back to the recipient once we have the correct address once the shipping cost has been reprocessed.
